Building Wiring Application Material & Compound

Reliable building wiring material and compound designed for safe insulation, stable performance, and long-lasting electrical protection.
LSZH Irradiation Cross-Linking DW-JF125

LSZH Irradiation Cross-Linking DW-JF125

Insulation for building trunk wiring (e.g., main wiring in shopping malls and office buildings).

Bundled, Class A/B flame retardant, heat-resistant to 125°C, and with strong mechanical properties after irradiation.

LSZH Irradiation Cross-Linking DW-JF125G

Insulation for building branch wiring (such as residential indoor branch wiring)

Bundled, Class C/D flame retardant, oxygen index ≥ 40%, low smoke, halogen-free

Silane cross-linked XLPE

LSZH Silane Crosslinking GDW1105-C-J/ GDW1105-D-J

Insulation material for common or single-strand wiring in buildings, such as office socket wiring and lighting circuit wiring.

Bunched, Class C flame-retardant, simple to process, and suitable for small wires, GDW1105-D-J is suitable for single-strand vertical combustion and resists cracking during bending.

LSZH Flame Retardant Compound DW-EJ2505/DW-EJ2523

Materials used for insulation layers of high-requirement or large-gauge electrical wiring in buildings, such as floor wiring in hospitals and schools, or connection wires for distribution boxes.

DW-EJ2505 meets 31247 B1 flame retardant standards and is suitable for twisted-pair/stretched wires ≤2.5mm². DW-EJ2523 meets 31247 B1 flame retardant standards, has good flowability, and is suitable for wiring ≥2.5mm².

Nylon PA Polymer Material PA1001-S4-6

This material is generally suitable for processing transparent outer sheaths for building electrical wiring, but it is not well-suited for surface-mounted wiring in suspended ceilings.

Its advantages lie in its transparent appearance, oil resistance, rodent and termite protection, and compatibility with small-sized cables.

Nylon PA polymer material PA4001-ZR

Suitable for processing environmentally friendly building wire sheaths, such as those used in green construction projects.

Halide-free, flame-retardant, and high-gloss, it’s suitable for low-smoke, halogen-free insulation wire sheaths.

PVC Auxiliary Polymer Material 5501N (UL105℃)

Commonly used as insulation for electrical wiring in non-public areas of buildings, such as basement cables and computer room cabling.

Features include 105℃ temperature resistance, UL certification, and lower cost than LSZH compounds.

PVC Auxiliary Polymer Material 3901N (VDE 90°C)

Suitable for insulation processing of export-oriented building wiring, such as wiring in international projects.

These materials we provide comply with VDE standards and are compatible with European wiring requirements.
