About Manufacturing Process & Attestation
The Power Cable Materials & Compounds series covers a wide range of products, including LSZH, PVC, flame-retardant polyethylene, XLPE, and TPU insulation and shielding, suitable for all medium- and high-voltage power cable applications from 0.6kV to 110kV. Manufacturing utilizes a “precise formulation + twin-screw homogenization + customized post-processing” process. For example, XLPE materials undergo chemical/irradiation cross-linking to enhance heat resistance, while semi-conductive shielding materials are produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom to ensure purity. The uniform particle diameter makes them compatible with 150-220mm extruders, meeting a wide range of large-scale extrusion needs.
This series features safety, efficiency, et résistance aux intempéries as its core strengths: flame retardancy covers EN13501-6 B1ca to bundled C, LSZH material heat release ≤15MJ, and PVC material oxygen index reaches 36%. The insulation material has a volume resistivity of ≥1×10¹³Ω・m, and the shielding material offers uniform conductivity to prevent electric field concentration. Furthermore, it withstands extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C. The submarine cable material withstands 90 cycles of salt spray corrosion, and the low-smoke, low-halogen material releases HCl ≤100mg/g, ensuring both safety and adaptability to specialized environments.
Internationally, it complies with IEC 60840, UL 4703, and AS/NZS 3808, and its specialty materials have also received GJB 773B aerospace certification. Each batch is tested for density, résistance à la traction, and other indicators. Third-party inspections ensure stable performance, including combustion, electrical, and environmental aging tests. This product is suitable for a wide range of power transmission applications, including power grids, rail transit, new energy vehicles, and high-rise buildings.
