High Temperature Resistance

This material is designed for applications with continuous operating temperatures up to 70°C (standard heat resistance grade), 90°C (reinforced grade), and 105°C (high-end grade) while maintaining performance. It exhibits less thermal deformation and superior performance during long-term heat aging.

Excellent Electrical Insulation
With high volume resistivity and good dielectric strength, it maintains stable insulation performance at high temperatures, making it ideal for heat-resistant power cables and control cables.

Balanced Mechanical Properties
Its good tensile strength and elongation at break provide good flexibility and toughness even in low-temperature applications, making it suitable for flexible cables, automotive wiring harnesses, and molded parts.

Processing Stability
This material has stable melt flowability, adaptable to various processing methods such as injection molding and extrusion, and is suitable for: wires and cables, pipes, profiles, plugs, connectors, electrical accessories, etc. Under proper processing conditions, the risk of surface charring or excessive yellowing can be reduced.

Affordable & Customizable
More economical than silicone rubber, TPU and many engineering plastics, our formulations can be customized according to hardness (Shore A / Shore D), color, flame retardancy rating (UL94 V-0 / V-1 / V-2), oil resistance, UV resistance, etc., all in compliance with RoHS and REACH standards (specific grades).

Commonly Used Formula Ratios

Our high-temperature PVC compound formulations are based on the following components:

PVC-Based Resin: High-quality polyvinyl chloride resin with a stable K-value
Heat-resistant plasticizer: Selected high-boiling-point, low-volatility plasticizers to ensure flexibility and heat resistance
Heat Stabilizer: A stabilizer system designed to resist thermal degradation and maintain color at high temperatures
Functional Filler (optional): Inorganic filler to improve dimensional stability and mechanical properties
Lubricant: Internal and external lubricants to ensure smooth extrusion and molding
Functional Additives: Antioxidants, UV stabilizers (optional), flame retardants (for flame retardant grades), masterbatches for custom colors
