TPU Material & Compound Series
We supply TPU compound materials and modified TPU particles, including flame-retardant, flexible, hydrolysis-resistant, UV-resistant, and abrasion-resistant TPU grades, which are widely used in cables, electronics, automotive parts, hoses, and wearable devices.
TPU Cable Compound
Color: Common colors are natural or semi-transparent, but can be customized with gray, cable marking colors, etc.
Density: Approximately 1.10–1.25 g/cm³
Application: It is mainly used in “high-end, flexible, wear-resistant, and bend-resistant” cables, which is different from traditional PVC/PE cable materials.
Soft TPU Compound
Color: Semi-transparent, milky white, and customizable colors.
Density: Generally 1.10–1.25 g/cm³
Application: Charging cables, data cables, headphone cables, signal cables, etc.; soft protective gear, buckles, sports accessories, and sports equipment covers.
Automotive Modified TPU
Color: Common colors include off-white, light beige, and transparent; black is occasionally required, or custom colors can be made.
Density: Generally 1.18 – 1.23g/cm³
Application: High-pressure oil pipes for automobiles, transmission seals, transparent interior trim strips, automotive wiring harness sheaths, bumper buffer layers, etc.
Electronic Products Modified TPU
Color: Mainly black, white, and semi-transparent.
Density: Generally 1.17 – 1.30g/cm³
Application: Electrical wiring harness sheaths for electronic equipment, high-voltage wiring harnesses for new energy vehicles, and cable sheaths for outdoor charging piles in northern regions.
