What is the difference between rigid PVC and soft PVC?
The main difference lies in the amount of plasticizer used and the resulting performance variations:

Contains almost no plasticizer, is rigid and stiff, and has high dimensional stability.

Contains a higher plasticizer content, giving the material flexibility.

Further superior flexibility and bending performance, but slightly lower hardness and mechanical strength than rigid PVC.
How durable are your flexible PVC granules?

Under normal operating conditions and with proper cable design, their service life can reach 10-20 years or even longer, depending on the installation environment and voltage level.
They maintain good flexibility and mechanical strength even under repeated bending and handling.
The optimized formulation offers excellent heat resistance, typically reaching 70-90°C, helping cables maintain performance over the long term.
For outdoor or more demanding environments, we can adjust the formulation ratio to further enhance durability according to customer needs.
